I have a lot of dreams for Paris. I have high expectations which Paris might bring to me. I got to the GVP airport in the afternoon. It is really a small airport. I just walked a bit and I realised that I was outside of the airport. Obviously I forgot my checked luggage. Sigh~ I went back to the exit and explained to the staff that I forgot to the take my checked luggage. It’s always good to keep the boarding card until I get to the hotel. Fortunately, He let me in and I got my luggage. It was another one hour coach journey to the center of Paris. I got the La Defense easily and find the place to stay by GPS. It’s a nice area with lots of skyscrapers. I went to a grocery shop and bought milk, fruit and water. I tried to find a hair saloon but it’s too late to get everything done. Later in the evening, I took the metro to the City Hall. There is a ice rink right in front of the City Hall. This is the city I like! However, with the bruised ankles caused by the skating shoes last time, I did go for it. I had a relaxing stroll along the Seine. It was absolutely beautiful!
