It took me one hour to work by train. If you give me one support for my head, I can fall asleep. So far, I think I had tried different sleeping styles, even standing near the pole. I really like that two level RER with a small seat near the steps. It got two sides to support my head – very confortable. If I don’t sleep in the train, Je suis fatiguee. Only if you give me one support for my head, please.
It’s really frustrating to buy tickets. I have been struggling to buy a monthly ticket for ages. Firstly, I can only buy them when the new month came in. I ended up buying a weekly ticket first, from Monday to Sundy. Second, there is a difference between Paris and Il-de-France. Apparently, I am not living in Paris. Third, ticket in 3-4 zone doens’t mean that I can travel through zone 1 and 2. The design is not friendly. The worst thing was that I wanted a swipe card, but they never issued me one. Even the guy queueing in front of me got one, they still gave me that small ticket when it’s my turn! V helped me get a carte. It’s just that easy!
Another thing about the train journey is that I cannot read the instruction outside the station and I cannot understand the broadcast in the train. This means I was always left alone in a broken train or had no idea that I need to change to a bus.
